WHY...To kick off Red Ribbon Week...highlighting the price our community pays for drug and substance abuse, such as marijuana, meth, heroin, alcohol, etc.  Sponsored by the Mercer Association for Substance Abuse Policy.    Open to anyone who has been affected by drug and/or alcohol abuse within their friends or families.
