    Earth Breeze is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to support all aspects of the employee experience in our Manufacturing Center. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and is eager to support employees throughout the full lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding.

    Reporting to the Director of Global People Operations and working closely with the Manufacturing Plant Director, you’ll help ensure we build an efficient, compliant, and engaged workplace as we continue to scale.     Responsibilities:

    As HR Generalist at Earth Breeze, you will…

    General HR Administration

    • Support all areas of HR, including employee relations, benefits, payroll, compliance, and onboarding, and additional tasks as needed.

    • Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRIS (Rippling) with new hires, terminations, shifts, and certifications (e.g., forklift training).

    • Coordinate pre-employment screenings, onboarding schedules, and equipment set up.

    • Assist with the development, implementation, and enforcement of workplace policies (attendance, conduct, safety, etc.).

    • Respond to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, escalating complex issues when necessary.

    • Proactively identify areas for improvement and document new procedures for clarity and efficiency.

    Recruitment & Staffing

    • Partner with temp-to-hire staffing agencies to ensure shift coverage and labor forecasting.

    • Track and schedule temporary staff shifts and manage agency communications.

    • Assist in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

    Health, Safety & Compliance

    • Collaborate with plant leadership to ensure compliance with OSHA standards.

    • Track and coordinate required safety and compliance trainings.

    • Provide and manage employee PPE (shoes, safety gear, glasses, etc.).

    • Assist with investigations related to safety incidents or policy violations.

    Engagement & Culture

    • Monitor team morale and support initiatives to drive engagement in shift-based environments.

    • Help plan recognition efforts, milestone celebrations, and other culture-building activities.

    About You:

    • You’re familiar with HR best practices, labor law compliance, and OSHA regulations.

    • You’re tech-savvy: experienced in HRIS (preferably Rippling), Google Suite, and Slack.

    • You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage sensitive information discreetly.

    • You’re a proactive problem solver who can adapt quickly and work autonomously.

    • You thrive in collaborative environments and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • You’re flexible and unaffected by shifting priorities.

    • You enjoy supporting others and making their work experience better. 

    Required Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, warehouse, or hourly workforce setting

    • Familiarity with OSHA standards and supporting workplace safety programs.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • OSHA 10 or 30 certification

    Additional Requirements:

    Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check. Drug testing may include pre-employment testing, random testing where permitted, and testing based on reasonable suspicion, in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
